I am moving. Among 13 considerations = 3 equal 5 Pros 5 Cons Assuming equally weighted factors, they are rated same. So, I bet I chose the correct 1..... economically, do i?
For me, the Pandan Jaya would be a much better choice. Only if you differentiate between the necessity and the luxury.
Necessity: 1. Room size (More space for you to breathe) 2. Ceiling fan (Not so sophisticated) 3. Chinese restaurant (I can't live without that) 4. Place to hang clothes (I would love my clothes to get enough sulight, it smells good!) 5. Parking lot (Open air is not an disadvantage, at least you'll have a place for your vehicle 6. Lift (Well, an obvious disadvantage but...to think possitively, you can keep fit ma..haha) 7. Broadband (Kinda difficult for me, I love internet. Can you fix one instead?)
Luxury 1. Swimming pool (Unless you really make full use of it) 2. Fridge (I think it isn't a necessity for a guy, is it?)
Rental is my last consideration to strike a balance. I don't save to live in a terrible place. But in this case, the economical choice is still the better.
Wow, thanks Janice, for leaving such a constructive comment. Chinese restaurant is really a big concern to me after 2 years of malay-restaurants-surrounded days.
嗯,我来当个番薯。

ReplyDeleteWell, come on, the 5 storey flat/apartment is a peanut to a single guy like you.. The unit is even nearer to the stair than your old place, remember?
ReplyDelete我也在忧郁着要不要搬...
ReplyDelete车油+过路费用+停车费用VS租金和外头的三餐..
看来,我也要学你做TABLE预算了.
